30-day returns. If you're not happy, return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
Condition. Items should be in resellable condition. We're reasonable — a training aid that didn't work for you is fine.
How to start a return. Email support@strokesoff.com with your order number and what went wrong. We'll send instructions within one business day.
Refunds. Once your return is received, we issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or wrong item. Send a photo to support@strokesoff.com and we'll replace it or refund you — no return needed.
